Hibbs-Hallmark & Co. Insurance has provided comprehensive coverage to Aerial Adventure Park and Challenge Course operators for over 25 years.

Comprehensive General Liability Coverage

Coverage is provided by a highly rated insurance company for those qualifying for the Association for Challenge Course Technology (A.C.C.T.) and Professional Ropes Course Association (P.R.C.A.). Comprehensive General Liability protects the named insured and employees for bodily injury and property damage claims from third parties for which the named insured is legally liable. It can also cover other outfitter and guide type activities such as rock climbing, canoeing, hiking, camping, and orienteering.

  • Canopy Tours
  • Vendors to this Industry
  • Builders and Suppliers
Ineligible Operations Include:
  • Portable Zip Lines
  • Personal Zip Lines
  • Portable Climbing Walls

Accident Medical

Accident Medical Insurance Coverage is also available. This policy pays medical expenses resulting from an accident on a primary or excess basis regardless of fault or negligence.

Available Limits
  • $5,000 per claim
  • $10,000 per claim
  • $15,000 per claim
  • $25,000 per claim

Workers’ Compensation

Workers’ Compensation insurance is required in nearly all states and fulfills your obligation to your employees in the event of a work related injury. Workers’ Compensation laws require the employer to be financially responsible for medical treatment and lost wages related to an injury sustained in the course or scope of employment.

We are able to provide this coverage for those accounts that qualify. Premium is based upon annual payroll by classification of employees.

Property/Inland Marine

We can provide insurance to cover property damage to your buildings, contents, equipment and course under our Property/Inland Marine forms. Business Interruption coverage can also be added to the policy to cover loss of income or extra expenses due to a covered loss. Endorsements available to cover tree replacement.

Covered causes of loss can include fire, lightning, hail, wind, vandalism, malicious mischief and theft. Coverage can be purchased on a replacement cost basis and deductibles range from $500 to $5,000.

Excess Liability

Excess Liability coverage is available up to $25,000,000. This policy extends your general liability policy limits and can also extend the automobile liability policy limits, if needed. Coverage can be purchased in increments of $1,000,000.
